Monetize your video content with ScanScout on Brightcove: Implementation

From the "Advertising" section of your Brightcove Studio, select the player on which you want to use ScanScout and select "Edit"
In "Request ads from this player"
- select "Yes"
- Select "Edit" for the "Player-Level Key/Value Pairs" and enter ss_partnerId=YOUR_SCANSCOUT_PARTNER_ID;
  You can get your partnerId from your ScanScout account manager (publishersupport@scanscout.com)
In "Ad Source" dropdown, select "Custom Ad Translator SWF URL"
Enter http://media.scanscout.com/ads/Scanscout_Brightcove_AdTranslator.swf for the URL
Select "Video Based" for "Ad Policy for Videos in this Player"
Select "No" for "Player Load Ad Insertion"
Select "Yes" for "Pre-roll Ad Insertion"

  ss_useOverlay=false;
- To make your player available to ScanScout's pre-roll ad inventory, add the following parameters
  - ss_usePreroll=true;
  - ss_companionId=[ID_OF_COMPANION_DIV];
  - ss_maxPrerollDuration=[DURATION_IN_SECONDS_OF_MAXIMUM_PREROLL_LENGTH_ACCEPTED]; (NOTE: This is optional)
  Please check with your ScanScout account manager (publishersupport@scanscout.com) in order to have pre-roll campaigns mapped to your account
In "Ad Source" dropdown, select "Custom Ad Translator SWF URL"

ScanScout will supply you with the XML that you'll traffic in your server and will help you take advantage of ScanScout as an ad source in your server
